These terms apply when you use mymomsjuice.com or place an order with My Mom's Juice ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

What we offer

We sell fresh-pressed juice, detox cleanses, horchata, matcha, and related beverages for pickup in Mesa, AZ, at our Saturday/Sunday pop-up at 83rd Ave & McDowell in Tolleson, AZ, and for local delivery within our service area.

Orders and cutoffs

• Pickup (Mesa) and pop-up (Tolleson) orders must be placed by Thursday at midnight to be included in that weekend's batch.
• Delivery orders must be placed by midnight the night before a scheduled Tuesday or Friday delivery run.
• Product availability can vary — some items, like our Agua de Pepino con Limón, are only offered on specific days.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable Arizona sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on where the sale is legally sourced. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of ordering — we never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

Delivery includes a flat $6 delivery fee. You'll need to be present at the scheduled delivery window to receive your order — we'll text you when we're on the way. Delivery time windows are estimates, not guarantees.

Pickup and pop-up

Pickup is available at The Kitchen's Market, 2655 W Guadalupe Rd Suite 13, Mesa, AZ, during posted hours. Pop-up pickup is available at 83rd Ave & McDowell, Tolleson, AZ, during posted weekend hours. It's your responsibility to pick up your order during the posted window.

Accuracy of your information

You're responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number, email, and (for delivery) address at checkout. We can't be responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect contact information.

Our content

The My Mom's Juice name, logo, and site content belong to us and shouldn't be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to get every order right, but to the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our site or products beyond the value of your order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
